New Thies Eco-Bloc machines equipped with top dyeing carriers facilitating variable loading, variable filling and low flow ratios allowing rapid turnaround of top dyeing orders both for commission dyeing routes and further processing to gilled / combed lots.
2. Package Dyeing
New Thies Eco-Bloc machines equipped with package dyeing carriers facilitating variable loading, variable filling and low flow ratios allowing rapid turnaround of package dyeing orders and more flexible weight range offered to customers.
3. Byworth Boiler
New boiler sized to accurately provide adequate steam requirements, re-positioned next to site to reduce fugitive losses so improving energy demand and so reducing environmental foot-print.
4. Radio-Frequency Dryers
80KW RF Systems radio frequency drying allowing accurately controlled reduced energy means of water removal giving improved capacity, moisture control and flexibility.
